HELP Updated to 4.4.2, Fatal Error, Woocommerce

  • Hi im a noob so please have mercy lol.

    I updated my site to 4.2.2 and then it immediately broke and registered a Fatal Error with the following message.

    Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /home/blairpanther/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/class-wc-admin-post-types.php on line 1268

    After going into the FTP an manually deleting Woocommerce it works again.

    can anyone tell me why its doing this and how i can fix it?
    is my site out of memory ?
