Help! – Viewer Comments Not Showing

I upgraded to latest version of WP and changed themes and now visitor comments aren’t showing up under posts or pages.

They’re there – just can’t see them.

I thought I remember seeing some place under write->pages where you can select that comments be visible. Is there something like that?
