Want to make own flight comparison engine

The problem is my budget is a little bit low so i can’t afford developer at the moment but i figured out that i can use ready-made theme or wordpress plugin, All wordpress plugins refer to known website but as i mentioned am trying to make flight comparison for local agencies & websites
