• Brand new blogger baby here…Help! I’m trying to load a them. Downloaded it to my computer…but have no idea where to find the wp-content/themes directory to load it to my blog page. I know – stupid question. Would sincerely luv, luv, luv guidance!

  • wp-content/themes refers to the directory on your server where you installed wordpress. You can get there with your FTP client.

    After you have uploaded your theme, loggin to your blog and go to Presentation and select the new theme.

    I have Word Press via an outside marketing service. They give us access to Word Press. I downloaded – like a dummy to my own computer. I’ve no idea how to get to their directory on their server..

    If it’s their server, you’ll need to ask them for access. If they can let you upload your own themes, they should be able to give you the FTP details you’ll need.
