• Hi everyone! I’m working on different booking websites for different clients. I’d like to find the easiest way to set a booking system in the two sites I’m working on. I need to receive payments with it, plus have a reservation system connected to my calendar. I found 3 different solutions and maybe you can guide me and tell me what would be the best:

    1. WooCommerce: seems really pricey but I’m not on a budget and I’d like the easiest solution and avoid problems in the future
    2. WP Bookings: seems a good one but you can’t chat with them till you buy it and I can’t understan how to receive money with them and if to receive payments you need another payment plug in
    3. Amelia: it’s my last alternative.

What do you think about it? What kind of hosting service would work for me considering the usage of one of those plug ins?

      Thanks for your help?

  • In my opinion, the easiest and most appropriate way to set up a booking, payment, and reservation system is to use the WooCommerce plugin. As you know, it’s a popular plugin for WordPress. But popularity comes with functionality. If you are not on a tight budget, select the WooCommecwe plugin, which includes all your required functionality.

Alternatively, WP Bookings plugin works, but finding all your required functionality can be difficult. You can manage WooCommerce from one interface since you don’t have to worry about plugin conflicts. On the other hand, the Amelia plugin could require you to select a premium solution that is inferior to WooCommerce.

Considering the usage of plugins, you can go with WooCommerce Hosting if you choose the Woocommerce plugin, or else select any Managed WordPress Hosting that provides reliable performance, security, and scalability.
