Help with adding a Date Stamp

  • I am currently using the Lifestyle Them and would like to add a date prior to each post I make on this page similar to the one that is placed automatically before the first post. Anyone have any help with editing the correct code so as to accomplish this?

    This is what I would like before each entry, of course with the updated date.
