• hey all. this plugin seems to kind of be working for me, but I have some issues.
when I arrived at work this morning, I loaded up my webpage and it showed I had new posts and new comments. it’s now 3 hours later, and those same posts and comments are marked as new.
my website is https://www.funkystew.com – feel free to take a look.

  • Just give it a bit of time … I see that effect too on my site.
Not sure why it does it though.

I’ve given it 3 hours though, I would think that would be enough. is there anything I can modify?

yeah, i am having this problem too…
    is this my browser’s issue?
i guess i’ll try again when i get home

I see plenty of people look at the topic, but no one posts how to fix it ?? doh!
well, since it’s not working right, what’s the best way to get it out of my system? if I deactivate the plugin, all my posts go away.

i think it just takes a ton of time to reset…
is there a place in the code where you can restrict this time more?

If you want to reverse it, then work through the way you implemented it backwards.
No-one posted how to ‘fix’ it for 2 reasons:
1 – They did not see it as an error and had not had cause to ‘fix’ it themselves.
2 – They did not know how.
If there are answers here, they *will* be forthcoming.

hey podz – yeah, I have no doubt the answers will be forthcoming. this place is great for information, I was just a little down because I couldn’t get it working right on my own. know what I mean?
