Help with array problem

hi there. i am no html expert but manage to use wordpress confidently. Not today!

have a warning array problem after i entered a code on the widget sidebar.

i did read another forum member who had the problem warnng message but not getting the right answer. problem with mine, i cannot find the widget to remove it.
