Getting redirects on pages & non-existent pages

  • Hi, I’m getting redirects on both author and non-existent pages like site/how to…/page2, site/how to…/page3, etc and they redirect to homepage

    Not seeing healthcheck plugin pick these up, is this something it might be able to locate ?

  • No, this is not checked by Health Check. Such redirects can be caused by the plugins you use, for example. SEO plugins like to do this. Take a look at what plugins you are using and exclude them by deactivating them if necessary.

    Thanks for your prompt reply. You are correct, it is Yoast causing the redirect, I’ll get onto them, Cheers.
