Help with button issues on a table in a post – 3.5?

    When creating a table on a post (TinyMCE) I go to change the cell border color of all cells and there’s two issue… 1) It no longer shows me any color palettes or colors to choose from – so I have to use HTML color font codes – and 2) I click OK to save and nothing happens… no change is reflected in the tables on the post.

    Is that a 3.5 issue? How can I fix that?
