    Hi there,
A client had a question about the ability to be able to schedule a recurring event (i.e. s workshop that lasts every day for a week) but the time of the workshop on each day is not the same. For instance, let’s say that the workshop on Monday-Wednesday lasts from 9-4 but on Thursday and Friday it only lasts from 9-12. Is there a way, without having to add each day separately, to add it all at once and specify the different times? I don’t think there is but there may be a plug in that would allow for this?
Thanks for any help that someone can provide.
    Kate

  • Hey there @katepdx!

Thanks for reaching out, that’s a great question.

Unfortunately we’re unable to support our paid plugins here (due to www.ads-software.com rules). If you head over to our Help Desk, login and post there, someone will be more than happy to assist you.

    Take care,
    Ed ??

    Hey there @erishel,

Thanks for the response. Seems like I don’t have a login for your Help Desk and can’t figure out how to “join.” Is this Operator Error or do I need to be a member of your site as well.

We currently use a Calendar on our client’s site and create events via an admin dashboard. Was curious about the ability, perhaps with your plug-in (?), to specify different times on different days.

Let me know how I can access your help desk.

    Thanks again.

    katepdx-

Are you using the pro version or the free version? I came to this support group to look for the same answer. I have a feeling this is a pro version option, but not in the free version. I had this ability in my previously-used event plugin, and now I am thinking of going back to that or try something else simply because I cannot add a reoccurring event.

Recurring events are a feature of The Events Calendar Pro which we unfortunately can’t support here (due to www.ads-software.com rules)

Unless the The Events Calendar Pro license is for a non-profit, you would have created a username when making the purchase — sometimes this can get tricky when working with clients that hold the credentials.

Here’s a link to our knowledgebase → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/ — I’d definitely suggest trying to find the username and password for Help Desk if you think that the license covers premium support, if you need help you can always contact us!

    Hey there,

Since this thread has been inactive for a while, I’m going to go ahead and mark it as resolved. Don’t hesitate to create a new thread any time you help again!
