help with colours

Hi, We have the hypercommerce pro them installed but some of the colours on the shopping cart are a bit random and we cant see how to change it. Also when viewing the site via mobile when you click on one of th + against a category because it is white on white you cant see it. Any help appreciated as no comms from the developer
