Help With Comments

Hello,

Does anyone know a plugin or way that enables comments to be listed in order of a specific value? An example if this is that my site allows users to post comments stating information about videos, and at what time this information happens in the video. I need the comments to sort so that the comments that tell information about the video at an earlier time appear before comments that tell information about the video at a later time. Specifically, a comment that says something happens at 30 seconds into the video should appear before a comment that says something happens at 1 minute into the video, regardless of when the users posted the comment.
