Help with contact form 7

Hi dear friends.I have one question about generating contact form 7.
I want to automaticly create page after generating contact form.
For example when person fill the form, wordpress create new page with title and description wich person fill in form.
I know that making automaticly can do with this function

but how can i connect it with form?
