Help with deactivate and delete polylang

  • We decide to use gtranslate instead of polylang but after deactivate polylang, page layout is broken.
    How to deactivate and delete polylang and keep page layout as it was with polylang?

    Hello,

    When a plugin is deactivated, it does nothing (WordPress does not load it). So if your page layout is broken when Polylang is deactivated, this is not due to Polylang and your issue probably coming from elsewhere.
    That said, here is the doc to completely uninstall Polylang: https://polylang.pro/doc/how-to-uninstall-polylang/ (note that this does not remove your content. Only the languages and the translation groups are removed).
