help with disable cache in shabbat

I created a plugin called wp-shabbat, its checks the user ip location and calculate if it shabbat time, if so the plugin creates on the fly page that presents user time to come back and with 503 header status. I have a problem with the caching plugins of the site thant if cached people see the site normal instead of the onfly page, is there some way to disable cache thru my plugin caching for when its shabbt?
