Help with disabling button for an image

I was wondering how I disable the “pin it” button showing on my button that says “Jump to Recipe” on this recipe?

I went to FAQ and saw that it said to, “use the ‘Disabled classes’ setting on the settings page – add there specific classes or use the “nopin” class”, and I found where the disabled classes setting is, but am not sure what to do from there. Is anyone able to walk me through this so I can continue using this plugin?
