Help with errors please….

Im having these errors come up on my dashboard….

Im a new WP builder but kinda figured it out except for this….

The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

Hope someone can help me remove these errors.
