help with Exhibit and WP1.5

  • Hello,
    I just upgraded from WP 1.2 to 1.5, and Exhibit is not working for me now. I upgraded to the latest Exhibit version I could find (asy).
    The admin will not display, even after saving and refreshing a new post.
    Also, images included with Exhibit display, while others will not.
    For example, Exhibit was used to include these images which display correctly: https://www.welikedogs.com/?p=234
    However, this post which used Exhibit does not include any images: https://www.welikedogs.com/?p=194
    I’ve searched the forums, and tried a few things, but nothing is working.
    Please help, as I am limited technically.

  • Not sure what you mean by “The admin will not display…”.

    Both posts seem to display okay for me.

    Thanks for taking a look Michael. The Exhibit admin, where you select images to put into a post on the backend, will not display even though the plugin in installed and activated.

    When you say both posts display ok, did you see images in the second post? Before the upgrade, there were images, and they displayed. Now, they do not.

    No my stupidity in not reading your comments entirely. NO I don’t see images on that second post. Will keep looking…

    Noticed some people had problems with the {asy) version so maybe try this version:

    I installed this version, but I still can not see the Exhibit admin.
    Does anyone have any more ideas?

    I don’t know how or why, but I got everything working. Thanks for your help MichaelH. Your input inspired me to keep touching things, which evidentally made me do something right.

    Ugh! I was unable to. Any thoughts on how you got it to work?

    My version works only it doesn’t let me add anymore photos from the right to the left window. When I click the icon that asks me “Add all images in SOMEDIR to this post?” and I say Ok, it doesn’t.
