help with flashfader PLEASE

I am trying to use flashfader to add a slideshow into my header and i followed the instructions it gave but nothing changed for me. I am using the “Mystique” theme and my site is https://www.spencerteeter.com , can anyone help me or guide me through it? I would GREATLY appreciate it
