Help with Forum and Buy/Sell plugin

    I have two questions that I would be very grateful if someone could help with. I run a website https://www.planestrainsautomobiles.co.uk

    1. I would like a forum on the website but one that I can check before items go live. There was one on the site but it got spammed by sex sites. Is there one I can add manage easily?

    2. I would like to add a buy/sell section. It would include people listing their items with photographs. Is there a simple plugin I can use for this.

    I am not a designer so the easier the better. Thanks.
