Help with header

  • Hi, I’ve been trying to fix my header but I am a newbie and no matter what I do, I won’t fix it.

    I have 3 issues:

    1) It’s blurry (I’ve tried using perfect size 1000 x 250, and even triple it 3000 x 750 – nothing won’t take blurry away)

    2) Different window size/devices cuts the header instead of resizing it.

    3) Can’t make it clickable (to update the homepage or go to homepage if in another page)

    Hi everyone, I still have a very blurry header (and was able to make it not cut, but now it doesn’t resize along with the browser resize (nor for mobile). Is there any support for this theme? It has been 3 weeks T_T
