    Hi

Please excuse my stupidity today.. I’ve been trying to upload a new product to my website and I can’t figure out how I got multiple images like in the link above. I don’t know if it’s just not possible with the recent update or if I did something with code…. it’s been a while since I looked at my website and I’m hoping someone might be able to help!

    Thanks so much

    Faye

    Hi @fapp

To upload multiple images for a product, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to Products, and click on the product you wish to add images to, or create a new one.
    2. Scroll down a bit and click on the Product Gallery. (You will see it just after the product image.)
    3. Click on “Add product gallery images” and select the images you want to upload.

If the image is not showing up, here is a direct link: https://gifyu.com/image/S6XyR

Feel free to get back to us if you’re still having trouble. We’re here to assist you!

    Hi

Thanks so much for this! Unfortunately I don’t have this option, any ideas?

    Hi @fapp,

Unfortunately I don’t have this option, any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out to WooCommerce.com support. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble with the product gallery option.

The issue you’re experiencing might be due to some screen elements being hidden. In your WooCommerce dashboard, you should be able to control which screen elements are shown or hidden by using the checkboxes in the Screen Options tab at the top of the page.

Please check to make sure the ‘Product gallery‘ screen element is not hidden. You can do this by going to the top right corner of your WooCommerce dashboard and clicking on ‘Screen Options‘. A drop-down menu will appear with a list of checkboxes. Make sure the box next to the ‘Product gallery‘ is checked.

If the ‘Product gallery’ option is still not visible after this, we might need more information to diagnose the issue. Could you please provide us with a System Status report? This will help us understand your site’s setup better and identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Lastly, please share any fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you have all this information, you can paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.

I’m delighted to hear that your issue has been resolved! Sometimes, settings can indeed change due to updates, which might have been the case here. I’m glad it was a simple fix and you’re now able to upload multiple images to your product page again.

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you ever have more questions or issues in the future, don’t hesitate to kick off a new topic.

We’d be thrilled if you could spare a few minutes to leave us a review at ?? https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews.

    Cheers!
