Help with importing images

  • Hello,
    Products imported fab!
    First, ~400 pictures downloaded in the background over few hours and then stopped. Didn’t touch anything for a week, but looks like background downloading stopped. I got 1712products, how to get just the images for them now to make sure they down duplicate, please???
    Apprieciete your help.

    Thanks for reaching out to the support. We are really very sorry for the issue you are facing. We are sorry to say that there is no way to only import images without the product. We can recommend you the only way to delete all existing products and images which are imported with our plugin and then try again.
