Help with logo placement in header – logo gets cut off at the bottom

Hello, I’m looking for help in fixing the logo placement in the header of my website. Currently it seems that the logo is too low, with the top margin too big and the bottom of the logo getting cut off by the picture below.
How can I change the position of the logo to be centered? I have tried multiple code combinations in the custom css of the theme as well as try to find the right code for it in style.css with no luck.

Also, in addition when i preview my page through wordpress the logo looks fine, but when i visit the website in a different browser without logging in it’s cut off.
