Help with MailPoet automations

  • I would like to ask the support team if there is a limitation on the flow that is created with the automations, since in the free plan it only allows me to create a very small flow, and my idea is to create a larger one, hence my question, Is there a limit to the actions created with MailPoet automations?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    When you try to create a basic automation the a Free MailPoet plan, e.g the welcome email, you’re restricted to only three steps as seen in the screenshot below:

    When you try to add an additional step, you’ll be prompted to upgrade your plan. Could this be what you’re experiencing? if yes, then this is expected behaviour if you have a Starter Plan (free plan) (see screenshot below):

    If you have a Premium Plan, you will be able to create an unlimited automated flow.
