Help with MSLS – Adding Language, Font Change

    Hello,

    Sorry, I’m quite a newbie to WP and also this plugin.

    I have a few questions:

    How do I change the font of the description i.e. “English”?
    Can I have a Hong Kong flag but put “English” as the description?
    How do I add languages to the menu?
    Where do I find the photos of the flags?

    Sorry, these might be super basic photos but some help would be great! Also, is there a step by step guide on using this plugin?

    Hi,

    the Multisite Language Switcher needs a multisite. With this type of installation you can have 1 or more blogs with different languages, themes and plugins (but these blogs share the same base at). This is no easy stuff if you are a newbie …

    How do I change the font of the description i.e. “English”?

    You can do this with CSS. There are some options in the setup of the plugin (Settings > Multisite Language Switcher) where you can customize the HTML before the output.

    Can I have a Hong Kong flag but put “English” as the description?

    Yes, you could use your own set of flags. Or you can override the output (but this is more advanced stuff).

    How do I add languages to the menu?

    Just add a new blog to your network and set the language and the plugin’s options.

    Where do I find the photos of the flags?

    The images of the flags are in the flags-folder.
