Help with my mail server

  • Hi,

    I have my website/domain hosted with Melbourne IT. However my DNS is hosted by Telstra and Email by Office 365. Whenever I send an email using a contact form on my WordPress website, it brings back to me an error saying “Failure notice: Sorry, no mailbox here by that name.”, as it attempts to deliver it locally.

    How do I fix this to deliver it at the right address ?

    Is there a plugin or do I need to contact my host ?
