Help With My Mobile Menu, and Woocomerce cart

I require help with two things, and any help is greatly appreciated.

First, my menu at the top of the page. It looks great on the desktop, but for some reason, when you pull it up on a mobile phone, it comes up with every single page I have on the entire website, regardless of whether I want it like that or not. How do I fix that?

Second problem, my woocomerce cart wasn’t working, so I deleted the page to redo it, and all of a sudden, I can’t find the page to re-upload. I would prefer not to delete and reinstall woocomerce in its entirety, because I already set everything else up. How do I bring my cart page back?
