Help with my site please, error messages everywhere.

  • Hi guys, my site is https://www.stressexperts.co.uk , and I started re building it a week ago. I am having a problem that’s becoming really annoying now – whenever i try to upload an image, featured image etc it comes up with the error – ‘An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later’.

    The images do appear to upload, but are only available to view in my media tab, and cant be seen when i access media library when trying to insert images into pages and posts etc.

    I have read various threads on this that recommend uninstalling and reinstalling wordpress. I have done this twice. I have deactivated all plugins, and made sure that they weren’t causing issues. I deleted any custom themes and reverted back to 2012 and 2011, but still the same problem!

    I’m at a complete loss of what to do, so I’m hoping you guys can help.

  • Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your host should be able to help you in accessing your site’s error logs.

    Hi I have checked on my hosting panel and there are no error messages or logs ?? So confused on what else I can do!

    Ask your hosts for access to your error logs.

    Those are my logs that I can view. Nothing around the time that I last tried to upload the images though.

    That is not an error log. You need to contact your hosts and ask for access to your error logs.
