• My site is suddenly showing the following error. Any idea how to fix this one? This was appearing before I just recently updated to the latest version, in hopes of fixing it, so I’m not quite sure what may have triggered it except an automatic WordPress update.

Could you let me know what theme you are using?
It looks like you are using the “mtphr_members_archive” shortcode (or it’s being used as part of a theme) and the “columns” attribute is being set to “0”

The theme was done by someone else and I don’t have contact with her. This is a client site that I took over after she could no longer get help from her original designer. I did install and set up Metaphor Members and had it working perfectly, my guess is that a WordPress auto-update caused the problem.

    This is my shortcode
    [mtphr_members_archive columns="3" excerpt_length="200" excerpt_more="{...<br>Read More >>}" assets="thumbnail,name,title,excerpt,excerpt_more,social"]

It’s pulling the name, title and link (which goes to Internal Server Error) as well as excerpt, but no thumbnail or social links. I get the error lines in place of that.

    SOLVED

I converted >> to html code.

I’m not still not sure why it worked originally, but then suddenly stopped.

Do you have Member posts to show?

I ran a test with the shortcode you are using and am not seeing the errors… You could try uninstalling, deleting, and re-installing the plugin and see if that does anything.

You could also run through this FAQ https://metaphorcreations.ticksy.com/faq/1483 and see if there is another plugin or theme that may be conflicting with part of the code.
