Help with private online store

Hello and thanks for your help! Im trying to create a private online store and im having a little trouble. im looking to have a user login and non user contact form before you can enter the store. i would also like that once the user is signed in that they can view the store and have a shopping cart with product pages without signing in agian. at checkout i need a conformation email sent to myself and the user. there is no need for payment as i will be dilivering in person. is this somthing that can be done? thank you so much for your time and help!!
