Help with profile set up

Hi, it’s my first time using wsAnalytics an I have this message:
Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/management/accounts/~all/webproperties/~all/profiles?key=AIzaSyAWgIB2a6YTJUF3T9ipz-3trYYSPHlNvCY: (403) There is a per-IP or per-Referer restriction configured on your API key and the request does not match these restrictions.
I’ve checked the process a couple of times according your tutorial but whit the same result.
I appreciate your help.
