• Hello all,
I am a little confused. I am trying to make a very simple registration page. I entered in the divi builder system from elegant themes the appropriate code [upme_registration].

But when it shows up, after i save and update. It acts like you are looking at a profile instead of registration and that I am logged in. I have no idea why this is happening.
I really need this to work, what can I do to get the registration to work correctly.
Or how to do it correctly, I also want to modify the blue color to whatever color I want to use. Need to know how to do that as well. I have been reading all over there documentation and I am not seeing any video tutorials or anything. This was the plugin link: https://profileplugin.com/
This is my registration page you will see what I am referring to: https://test.educatorhub.com/register/
the plugin is called profiles made easy! for $29.99 on code canyon.
I even deleted the page and re-created and it still making it look like a profile and showing me as logged in with kjames1973 it should only show the form to register. not a profile logged in or not. Why is this happening, can anyone help. [redacted]

I would really appreciate a urgent response so i can move on with this. I have a lot of work to do and this is frustrating me all to hell. LOL

  • Since you’re using a commercial plugin we recommend you go to their official support channel so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    https://codecanyon.net/item/user-profiles-made-easy-wordpress-plugin/4109874/support

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products so they would not know about the plugin functionality or configuration. The vendors are the best resource for support of commercial products.

Also, I’ve deleted your offer to provide access to your site. I am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for or provide user credentials on these forums.

    BDbrown,

I didn’t mean any harm in advising I can provide. I get that. Sorry.
Just being helpful is all to get help.

I have tried to get support from their support team and pay for support.
So far no one has posted a reply.

I am tyring to get this fixed so I can move on of course.
Maybe some one can help me or provide me with some video tutorials on this plugin.
I tried to search the net for them, couldn’t find any worth a darn.

    Karl
