Help with random quotes of cat1

Hi I’m new so I need help with the basics.
I read all the instructions of the plugin but I’m still unable to perform random quotes in my page/ post if I need to categorize them. Can you printscreen the shortcode I need to insert if I want to insert random quotes of cat1, for example?
