Help with review page malfunction

    Hello,
    I’m really new to website editing! Recently, our business’ testimonials page stopped working and I’m not sure how to bring it back. When I go in editing mode, I can see the reviews (albeit not as they were originally formatted) but when I am logged out and view it regularly, it just says [testimonial_rotator id=998 format=list]. This is probably a really simple fix and I’m just very new to this! But if anyone has any suggestions for how to get our page back, it would be much appreciated.
