Help with RSS needed PLEASE !!!

Hi Guys,
I’ve spent over a week now trying to find some method of getting a RSS feed to automatically post at the end of my blog pages.
I can get it to work using RSS Reader which is a web based reader, but only if I use java instead of php. The problem is java is not seen by search engines and as my start page is static, then I really need to use php so it appears to the search engines that the page is updating every 24 hours.
I have tried several different plugins that are supposed to get php to post on the page, but still no joy unfortunately. I don’t know if the problem is with WP or with the web based RSS Reader !!!

This link shows the java based RSS feed working great under the heading “Tech News”, but I really need to do the same with php.

Does anybody out there have an answer to this problem…??? as it’s giving me some major headaches.
