help with setting up using 1&1

i’ve been using html all my life so i’m new to blogging. i’m using the 1and1 blog feature and it seems like i’m missing alot of features? like how do i change the logo of the themes? how do i add/remove items from the left? wheres the file located? i checked my ftp server and theres nothing there? the cpanel from 1&1 is very limited. this is what i see in my 1&1 cpanel. https://themagiclaundry.com/Capture.JPG
