help with setup

Hi guys, first off great plugin find, thank you!

1. How can I clear the transparent background and make it white like the default theme?

1. How can I remove the 2nd subheader text in black – “test listing” as the title of the listing already appears above in the theme’s subheader.

2. I have created a sidebar “villas” – how can I add this to single listings template?

3. Tabs – the inactive tab seems to have either a shadow or double text, not sure, but how can I fix this?

4. How can I remove all the ‘extra stuff’ below the contact form, see the text “Listing Navigation….” etc, don’t think this is suppose to be here.

I should mention I don’t have much knowledge in coding, but can so some simple stuff.
