Help with Shipping Setup please

Hello all,

I am using WooCommerce v3.8.1 with CanadaPost basic v1.3.5

We have a functionining shop, but need to make changes to our shipping options in light of the Covid restrictions.

I’m trying to setup our shop to offer the following shipping options

1. Local – Free Shipping – that works
2. Regional – Flat rate $15 – that works too
3. Regional – CanadaPost rates for actual weight if item is listed as Heavy
4. National – CanadaPost rates by weight.

My problem is the Heavy items. I have created a Shipping Class of Heavy, and set items to Heavy Class, but when I put things in the cart the rate is still calculated as per flat rate.

I’m going round in circles here – any help would be appreciated.
