Help with shortcodes

    Im not able to see any shortcodes in a popup. The popup itself appear though its blank inside. The shortcode would result in about a 2 by 1 inch sized popup.
    IS there somthing I should do to enable to shortcode to appear in the popup?
    The sorts code already appears in alot of areas in the site.

    please mark as resolved. I realised that this bit or shortcode will only dispay when a user is logged in.and it is showing fine when the user is logged in. I woudl like it to show when they are not logged in so Ill work on that.
