site redirecting problem

  • Hi there,
    any help is greatly appreciated ASAP . I have a problem because I made a new domain name (a new website basically ) called findingkatemusic.com
    My old website was kateofficial.com and I used this for my music. I made a really stupid move and I decided to change the URL in the general settings. So while I was logged in to my kateofficial.wp/admin , I entered my new URL in the WordPress Address and Site Address in general settings . so both of those now had findingkatemusic.com in them

    Now kateofficial is still there but redirects to the new one. I can’t delete the old website because it won’t let me log in from my kateofficial panel , it’s always redirecting to the new one ??

    Can someone please help? At the moment I have 2 non functioning websites, and I need them running asap!!

  • Hello katepavli,

    IF you are not able to login into your site admin then Goto your site database open “wp_options” table and change the siteurl and home with the your old site URI and now try login in your old site.

    Hi there

    On which wp-admin should I do this ? The problem is that if I’m on kateofficial admin it redirects to the other one … So I can’t get in to those settings
