Help with SMTP setting

  • Hi guys i read this https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/here-is-the-solution-to-smtp-connect-failed/ and a couple of others showing up in Google becouse we have problem with our newsletter but nothing of this helped=(

    So basiclly we entered all information correct and contacted the server company to confirm who also says evryhting is allright. So my thoughts is can something else on our website couse this maybe?

    Or anybody having any solution to this at all?

    Dont know if it helps but its not showing any errors, its just loading for a minute or so and then just nothing happens.

  • Hi, do a plugin conflict test.

    Disable all other plugins except ours. Then carry out a test. If it works then you know there is a conflict with one of your other plugins. If that is the case, start activating one by one the plugins you disabled and at the same time carrying out a test. Do this until you find out which plugin is conflicting with ours.
