Help with some design (css ) issues

  • I have some problems in the layout/design on my site.

    The text in the left column is too broad.
    And the old header text I must take down, but it appears on the left upper corner of the site.

    The hole header won′t show.

    In the footer a strange “middle-background” picture is shown at the bottom…

    The background and the text on the page must fit in despite the size of the window.

    Hope someone will help me with this.
