Help with the fields to be filled.

Hi,

I am trying to connect the plugin to my Woocommerce webshop, but the labels of the fields are to technical and don’t provide enough information. PostNord in Sweden cannot help either as it is not their plugin.

I wonder if you can help me filling the information to setup the plugin correctly?

1. PostNord Weight and dimension unit? (Which one is recommended?)

2. Hitshop + PostNord: (is it an extra paid service?)
-Track shipments everyday… (Checked or unchecked?)
-Daily report (Checked or unchecked?)
-Monthly report (Checked or unchecked?)

3. Pickup
-Earliest pickup date from label creation date?
-Latest pickup date from label creation date?
-Earliest pickup time?
-Latest pickup time?

4. Choose packing algorithm
-Select package type? (What do each item mean? for example Box packing/Pack items individually/weight based packing?) I sell products and I need to put them in normal cardboard shipping boxes. Which one should I use?
– Maximum weight to one package? (I have not tested this yet, because I have not started with shipping and I have not ordered shipping packages)
– Box packing configuration
Name/Length/Width/Height/box weight/max weight/enabled/Package type?
What is the difference between these two fields for max weight?

5. Configure shipping label
-TOD condition code/TOD condition code list (what are these?)
-Label paper size?

6. Rates: Shipping services and price adjustments
-What are “Carries”? I use Recommended Registered mail (Rek inrikes, Rex Extra, and Valuables/V?rde) for domestic shipping. Which one should I choose?
-Alternate name for carrier/price adjustment (?)/ Price adjustment (%) (?) What are price adjustments?
*THERE ARE TWO Rek in the list (RR) and (RP). What do they stand for?

7-Configure shipping label
-Shipment content?
-Shipping label size. How do I know which ones to use?
-HS tarrif number? is this the “Product code”?
-Package type?
-Terms of sale? DDP?

Do you have a manual where you clearly explain all these fields? This is not easy at all for a new user to understand technical terms.
