Help with thumnail images

I have just set up games site makeupgamessite.com, but I face a problem with thumnail images.
I go to to othere game site,then copy thumnail image and download file. But when I update images for thumnail image, the image become not good as the original. I mean it’s not shaped, no color as the old.
