The “problem” is with your template. The template you have is the default WP template and it has set the title bar to stop at the start of the menu. Nothing is wrong with this setup. You can change it, but you will have to change where your menu appears.

Is this difficult to do?
Would it be easier to download a template?

OK, I found a post that had a link to a new template, so I did that and it worked.
