Help with translation and linking

Hi,

I’d like to translate the plugin to Croatian (I need it myself, and then I’d gladly send it to you), but I’m quite sure how to do it [read this: I have no f****** idea how to do it].

Could you please write an explanation on how to translate your plugin to other languages (I do have qtranslate, but still no idea how to do it), or maybe give me a link where it is explained, if you already did it.

Additionally, can you give me another bit of help, is it possible for your widget to be linked to some weather page, weather.com or something similar, so that the click on the widget opens another page with the complete forecast? How would I do it?
