Help with Update 3.2.1

    hello

    I just want everyone to know first off that I am a complete amateur at wordpress and maintaining websites. We had our website built and designed by someone else and we are attempting to do the upkeep. I tried to do the wordpress update but came up with this failed message:
    Downloading update from https://www.ads-software.com/wordpress-3.2.1.zip…

    Unpacking the update…

    Verifying the unpacked files…

    Installing the latest version…

    Could not copy file.: /public_html/wp-admin/css/theme-editor.dev.css

    Installation Failed

    Im really scared that I messed something up and I have no Idea where to pick up at. I will apologize now for my ignorance of the issue(s) at hand. Any info would be GREATLY appreciated.
