Help with Warning: Invalid argument error

  • Hi i have a few accounts that are ok and dont get this error all but one.
    I deleted one account and then added it again with a diffrent username but same email. Since deleted and then set up again i get this error when that account logs in..

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/sites/w/worksopblog.co.uk/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 1509

    ive set up some other accounts and there new ones and one came up with same error on admin panel and one didnt just random with new emails so ive no idea why. Tried the Twenty Eleven theme and still get this error with it.
